Nicholas is a Vancouver-based FX artist who always interested in making natural phenomena e.g., water, fire destruction, smoke effects, the magic effects, etc. by using Houdini. Having grown up as a little fan of Kaiju (a.k.a big monster for instance Godzilla) movies, his biggest hobby was filming his own stop motion movie with his Kaiju figures before. Those have inspired Nicholas to become a 3D animator who has started to create and release several short movies with using Blender and After Effects in his social media channel since 2019. Since he is a lover of stop-motion and 3D animation, his attempt to create better effects, which led him decide to learn the techniques including Maya, Nuke and Houdini in his post-secondary study. Among all, Nicholas enjoys creating 3D animation videos with using Houdini for FX.
